This privacy policy is about how the Sarah Andrews (the owner) collects, processes, stores and shares client’s data.

  • by completing a nutritional therapy questionnaire

  • by signing a terms of engagement form

  • during a health coaching consultation

  • by subscribing to receive news and updates

  • through email, over the telephone or by post

  • by taking credit card and online payment.

  • basic details such as name, address, contact details

  • GP details

  • health information including your previous medical history, dietary, lifestyle, supplement and medicine details.

How we get your personal information and why we collect it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • to understand your current health and health history

  • so we can assist you in making health and lifestyle changes

  • making payments for services we provide

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • from your GP or other health services provider, but this will only be requested and given with your prior consent

We use the information that you have given us in order to assist you in making health and lifestyle changes in order to achieve personal health goals that you have identified.

We may share this information with your GP or other healthcare provided, if it is in your best interest and only if you give prior consent for this information to be shared.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored electronically under password protection on a secure Google Server. Any hard copies are kept in a locked cabinet.

We will keep your information securely stored during a period of seven years. After that period, it will be permanently deleted or securely destroyed.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
