About Me
I have always been interested in healthy living and our amazing bodies. Like so many other professionals that work in this area, I have suffered my own health struggles; three family related traumas in my late 30s took a huge toll on my body and resulted in me living in very poor health for nearly ten years. No one had any answers and no one could help me, beyond giving me medication to treat the symptoms.
Only by truly understanding how our bodies work, and that how we live plays such a decisive role our health and wellbeing, did I learn how to take control and get on the path to lasting good health.
This led me to retrain as a Naturopathic Health Coach and now I have the best job in the world as I get to help others on their health journeys. Working with others and seeing them achieve their personal goals is the most rewarding feeling.
I am a realist. Life can be stressful and busy, and making changes can be hard. But health coaching is the most powerful and successful technique I have seen that can truly make a long lasting difference to health and wellbeing.
